Yes you can cancel your policy for up to 14 days from the day you receive it.

Is my bicycle covered on a standard students' policy?

No, you would need to take out a separate policy.

Yes, It pays for a tradesman from an approved national group to call any time, day or night The cover is available 365 days a year and provides cover towards the cost of repairs.

Will I be visited by a Loss Adjuster if I make a claim?

It may be necessary and is a normal claims procedur. Endsleigh will let you know if this is necessary on receipt of your claim details.

What documentation will I need to provide if I make a claim for expensive items lost or stolen?

Yes you would need you to send proof of ownership ie original invoices, receipts, manuals, photographs or guarantee certificates.

How long does it take to settle a claim?

Endsleigh will aim to settle your claim as soon as possible. On receipt of your claim details they will contact you within 1 week.
